Pat Bradley: That's another really important thing as much as how
the gospel is preached as they know we're here for over time. Yeah,
I remember her. Translator: let me see your baby. Hi. How are
people? Yes, he's looking better. Oh, so, did you become that? Did
you see what she said? She said that her baby's getting well now
since you also guys have brought be an aid to her. Tell her that
god is a one who's blessing the woman's. Translator: yeah, god
loves you a great deal that he's taking care of you and your
family.
Shelly Meyer: The basic need is a same everywhere, and that's a require for Jesus. The thing for us to be in Ethiopia, I believe, is because at this point God's put that within our hearts and he's said, "this is where I'd prefer you to be, and this is a need that I want you to meet as a ministry. This can be a need for Joyce Meyer ministries and their partners.
David Meyer: Whether it's within America, Latin America, Parts of asia, Africa, people are reached because they believe that you worry about them and that you love them and that you're buying their life.
Pat Bradley: It's really powerful. In fact, in one area of Ethiopia, we were performing a feeding program in this Muslim area and they were beating Christians together with stuff. We went with and brought food in, and kind of a protracted story short, over 400 Muslim families became Christians due to the food. And probably two-thirds of those were not the main feeding program; it's just what they saw the Christian believers doing.
Dan Meyer: What we're able to take part in is unbelievable. The favor that God gives us to achieve certain people groups along with the doors that he opens with family members that we partner with... I would just encourage people out there that if what they're experiencing is touching their heart and they would like to help us feed even more kids, then give. You can help send us to feed more people. You may help us send money to the people we partner with and reach more young people. - Joyce Meyer
